During the joyride we thought about you. we passed by without looking if the building was open only because we assumed it wouldn’t be open. The drive back through atlanta hwy we last minute thought about you again krispy kreme that we decided to check on google. believe me when i say we were exited to see that not only was it a late night but the hot and ready sign was lit. that half a dozen original glaze only got the night started. Multiple times I have ordered online only to get to the store and they dont have the flavor donuts I've purchased. If you're charging over $20 for specialty dozen of donuts I expect to receive those flavors. They forgot to make my drink, and claimed that I hadnt purchased one. When I showed my online receipt proving I had, the employee begrudgingly made my drink while still maintaining that I hadn't purchased a drink.

I love Krispy Kreme and this is a location I frequently visit. Today however, my experience was just awful I feel I had to write something. My friends and I were trying to redeem the Graduation Promotion which stated if you showed up in your cap and gown, you can get three free donuts. However, when I arrived with my friends, the employee (or management?) there denied our request, stating we had to wear specifically wear “2026 apparel” or else I could not get them. The promotion never explicitly stated that you had to wear 2026 merch. We have directly called Krispy Kreme’s customer service, which the lady on the phone had confirmed to us that having 2026 on the apparel was NOT required. It simply stated: “This Thursday, May 21st, 2026, celebrate your 2026 Graduation with a free Original Glazed® 3-Count. Must wear class apparel or cap & gown to receive offer. Limit 1 in-shop & drive thru only.” Like, did you think we got a whole $150+ cap and gown set just to trick you into giving us 3 dollar donuts? Was this an independently owned franchise? If love is measured in actions, then standing in a Krispy Kreme line early on Valentine’s Day says a lot. Judging by the crowd, I’m not alone. Warm doughnuts. Glorious sweetness. Perfect texture and a future medical discussion we’ll deal with later. Ignore the consequences. Get the dozen. Enjoy them with someone you love. Highly recommended—for Valentine’s Day and most other questionable life decisions.

I’m town visiting family decided to go grab donuts ordered a dozen got to the window, had a large bill was told they didn’t have change so they denied me the order I asked to speak with the manager she also said the same denied me the order lost a sale! I asked for the general manager’s number the manager said I could call the store I asked her the store number she said she didn’t know. Very weird interaction, the associate and manager could have handled this situation a lot better than they did
